EPP Group Program
What if you could get recognized and rewarded as a top performer in your organization? Whether you’re looking to get promoted to a bigger role, get paid what you deserve, manage a bigger team, or just position yourself for growth opportunities in your organization, you can take the guesswork out of how to get there.
With our Executive Performance & Presence Group Program, you’ll finally feel confident about the work you do and where it’s taking you. You’ll get the toolbox you need to get seen, trusted, and respected as a leader who’s capable of bigger things. And you’ll learn how to make it happen in a way that's sustainable, authentic, and aligned with your priorities.
Time for a change?
Let’s be honest, you don’t want to get stuck in middle management. After all, you’ve worked hard to get to where you are, you’ve learned important things in the process, and those learnings have brought you success. And you want more. But sometimes, the things that used to work for us don’t work anymore.
Here are some signs that the time may be right to try a new approach:
You’ve recently been passed over for a promotion or told you’re not ready for the next step.
You’ve been getting glowing feedback from your stakeholders without any clarity on what it will take to get promoted.
You’ve been in the same role for 2-5 years and you feel that your career is at risk of stagnating.
You’ve seen less qualified peers get promoted and you’re not sure why it’s happening.
You’re working hard to the point where it’s barely sustainable and you’re unable to do more.
What got you here won’t get you there
Early in our careers, promotions are rewards for being reliable and task-oriented doers. But eventually, we all reach an inflection point where that next career step isn’t incremental. It’s no longer just about doing more of what we’ve done before or doing it slightly better. Instead, the new job comes with major increases in responsibilities and expectations.
That’s when promotions stop being rewards for what we’ve done and become bets on our ability to do something we haven’t done before.
If you’ve reached your inflection point, you need to be aware that the way your stakeholders evaluate your promotion readiness has changed. So your approach to your work needs to change accordingly.
You won’t convince your stakeholders to bet on you by working harder and getting more stuff done. You’ll do it by demonstrating executive performance and presence.

Patience isn’t always a virtue
A big part of the success you’ve had in your career is probably down to your ability to accept delayed gratification. But many ambitious women stay in the same role for too long because delaying gratification becomes a habit.
We delay it to the point where it becomes difficult to make our stakeholders see that we’re ready for bigger things. At the same time, we feel that we’ve invested too much in our organizations to leave. Especially since there are no guarantees that we won’t end up in the same situation in the new job. So we plug along and hope that things will improve.
It’s a Catch 22 and it can be incredibly frustrating. If we don’t pay attention and take action, the frustration can turn into stagnation. And over time, stagnant careers can lead to consequences such as:
Loss of confidence and motivation
Loss of income and career opportunities
Increased levels of stress, anxiety, and unhappiness
But here’s the good news - stagnation is avoidable. And we’ve developed a program that will empower you to take control and accelerate your career.

How it works
The EPP Group Program gives you the insights, roadmap, and support you need to change the course of your career. When you sign up for your 90 day membership, you get access to the EPP Curriculum, Workbook, and Community. We’ve made the EPP Group Program to be actionable from day 1, empower you to make changes that last, and give you more value than any comparable investment in your career.
The best of both worlds
We’ve designed the EPP Group Program to give you the best elements of community-based and 1:1 coaching, and none of the drawbacks. You’ll join a group of like-minded people where you’ll get inspired, learn from your peers, and feel accountable.
At the same time, our members are women with busy lives and demanding jobs. That’s why the EPP Group Program isn’t cohort-based. You won’t get a one-size-fits-all experience here. Only the flexibility you need to make the EPP method work in your context.
This means that you choose which EPP skills, habits, and tools you work on. No one will ask you to follow a predetermined path that may not be right for you.
You choose which community activities you participate in. Whether you prefer to get coached, listen and learn, or participate in discussions, it’s all there for you.
You choose how much you take on. Your life dictates how much effort you put in. Your needs determine what your timeline looks like.
The EPP Group Program isn’t about group sizes, rigid schedules, and deadlines. Its purpose isn’t to add more stress to your life or make you feel like you’re back in school. It’s here to provide you with the platform and help you need to succeed on your unique journey.

Frequently asked questions

EPP will teach you the skills, habits, and tools that most high performers use to achieve sustainable career success. It's based on best practices from the real world. And it's delivered real results for our clients. That said, there is no way to guarantee any particular outcome because all career outcomes depend on contextual factors like availability of open positions in your organization, your competition, budgets for raises, etc.
Whether you choose 1:1 Executive Coaching or the Group Program, we’ll be there to help you navigate these factors. And the things you’ll work on during your EPP journey will enable you to set yourself up for long-term success regardless of how these factors impact your short-term prospects.
EPP may not be the right fit for you if:
You’re looking for career hacks or quick fixes.
If you’re not prepared to work on your behaviors.
If you’re not ready to step out of your comfort zone and try unfamiliar approaches to work.
-
The main difference between the two is the type of support you get. While the Group Program offers plenty of support, 1:1 Executive Coaching is the more high-touch and customized option. This is ultimately a personal preference but there are a few rules of thumb you can use to make your decision.
High-touch support is great when you’re working on complex behavioral changes such as when you need to repair fraught relationships at work, shift ingrained perceptions of you, or do deep mindset work. It’s also a great option if you’re trying to achieve an important goal (e.g. a promotion) within the next 3-6 months and need extra support around tactics and accountability.
If you expect to focus mainly on implementing new skills, habits, and tools for boosting your executive performance and presence, the Group Program will get you there at a lower price tag. If you sign up for the Group Program and find yourself in a situation where you need extra support, you’ll have the option to buy 1:1 coaching hours (subject to availability).

We don’t have fixed group sizes because the EPP Group Program isn’t cohort-based. Our members are women with busy lives and demanding jobs so we’ve chosen to design the program in a way that maximizes flexibility.
Rather than setting arbitrary limits on the number of members, we’re focused on ensuring that they all have access to the community activities and support they need to customize EPP to their needs. As the group grows, we’ll add more opportunities to get coaching and support. And our members will be involved every step of the way.
-
Cohort-based programs are great for skill-centric challenges, like learning the basics of programming. That’s where it makes sense to put together a group, have them start on the same day, and guide them through the same curriculum.
But even though developing your executive performance and presence does require a specific set of skills, it takes more than that. It also requires adapting those skills in a context (workplace culture, relationship dynamics, role, current perception, etc) that’s unique to each of our members. The one-size-fits-all nature of cohort-based programs isn’t suitable for enabling that kind of adaptation. Rather than centering the EPP Group Program on the skills, we’ve chosen to center it on our members by offering a mix of curriculum and flexible support options (thematic sessions, group coaching, office hours, etc). We believe that this is the best way to empower them to adapt the EPP method to their needs and implement it in their contexts.
-
We recommend doing your best to attend at least one or two live sessions per month and participate actively. That said, we know this isn’t always possible. That’s why we make recordings of the sessions available for 7 days. This way, you can watch them when you have time. Should you have questions about the topics covered in the sessions, you can always post them in the Community and we’ll make sure to answer them.
You can find the schedule for the upcoming live sessions here.
-
You can pay for the EPP Group Program through 3 monthly payments. See the service description for more information about payment plan pricing.

It’s possible! Approximately 1/3 of our customers get their employers to pay for their executive coaching. If this is something you’re interested in, start with reading our guide for how to get employer financing.
Once you are ready to move forward, feel free to use our email template and program documentation to make your ask. You can find these assets here.
Some employers require a certificate of completion to finance coaching. You will receive such a certificate once you've finished the EPP Group Program.
